As Jacque Fresco says, “What the world needs is the intelligent management of the Earth’s resources”. We do have to be interested in the future of our planet as we are going to spend the rest of our human life here. We do have to be before we can have.

This is the spirit of I AM BAMBU’: to make the planet a better place because we live in it.

Why bamboo? Because bamboo is the most ecological reality among all the new eco-lifestyle products.
Cotton is grown using a variety of chemicals, many of which are known to pollute soil, water, air… having a drastic impact on both health and environment.
Synthetic fabrics are made out of oil. Therefore they are not only increasing our dependency on this non-renewable resource, but they are also polluting our lives through every step of their production.

I AM BAMBU’ wants to promote eco-friendly choices, it wants to produce goods which have the least impact on our delicate ecosystem.

But I AM BAMBU’ is far more “just” eco-friendly, it is also socially focused because it’s time for a social revolution, it’s time for a social evolution.

I AM BAMBU’ doesn’t believe in a self-centered power, in a world where a few own the most and the majority has very little. Wealth is not the symbol of power and success anymore. Hope is now the global currency. Sharing is the way to go.

There are many companies, even eco-friendly, that don’t pay attention to their workers and clients. Their aim is that of a greedy business based on products made in the cheapest way and sold at the highest price possible.
